We extracted all documented hematologic adverse events from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's national surveillance database, VAERS, reported between the beginning and February 3, 2023, which were linked to either the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 Booster vaccine, occurring within 42 days of receiving the vaccine.
