In this research, a self-report survey was administered to 240 ICU nurses, inquiring about their education and knowledge concerning oral diseases, as well as their perception of dental expert-led education and practice through 33 questions. Utilizing data collected from the 2020 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey, 6493 adolescents were the subject of this study. In their database research, encompassing Web of Science, CINAHL, Scopus, and PubMed, the authors' search terms included 'utilization', 'simulation', 'nursing student', and 'nursing education'. In a final effort, a search was conducted on January 6, 2021. In compliance with PRISMA guidelines, the materials for this study were gathered via a review of the literature.
After rigorous evaluation, twenty-five papers were selected as the final body of literature for analysis. Of the senior nursing college students in Korea, 48 percent took part in the research project (N = 12). A simulation type of high fidelity (HF) accounted for 44 percent (N = 11).
